I stayed her multiple times in spring 2025 for work travel. Customer service was also polite. Hotel and rooms seemed clean. I only have a couple of small complaints. The pillows in the room do not offer a firm pillow option, and having to stack multiple soft pillows to create a firm pillow is a little annoying but not a dealbreaker. There are times when the air conditioner in the room can be a little loud, but that wasn't a huge issue. Finally, if wish they had the maple smoked sausage on the breakfast every day . If you are in the area and are looking for a reasonable, no frills place to stay that is near a bunch of food options, this location fits that need.

Look, I’m a big believer that a hotel should feel like a warm hug from a giant teddy bear, and for the most part, this Tru hotel really stuck the landing. I spent three days and nights there, and honestly, the folks at the front desk were so friendly I halfway expected them to offer me a biscuit and a seat on the porch. Here’s the breakdown: The Highlights The Lobby: This place was bright, clean, and had more seating options than a game of musical chairs. They’ve even got those lazy hanging chairs—which are basically hammocks for people who want to look professional—and a pool table. Plus, they had actual USA Today newspapers. Call me old-fashioned, but there’s something about the smell of ink in the morning that just beats a touchscreen, don't ya think? The Facilities: The gym was "fit for a gaffer," stocked better than most. They had a big indoor pool too, though I didn't personally dip my toes in the water. The Vibe: My room was a king-size beauty with a walk-in shower and a modern look that would make a designer weep with joy. Most importantly? It was quiet. Not a peep from the neighbors or the street. The Half-Time Adjustments Now, I’m not one to find fault in a sunset, but if we’re aiming for five stars, we’ve gotta talk about the "little things": The Breakfast: It was... fine. Like a draw away from home. The pancakes had a bit of a "mystery flavor" to them, and the yogurt station had more candy toppings than a Willy Wonka fever dream. I ended up sticking to a trusty bagel and cream cheese with an orange for the road. The Room Size: This is the kicker. The room was snugger than a pair of spandex leggings on a cold Tuesday. There was a bed, a bathroom, and about as much "extra space" as a packed elevator. The desk barely fit my laptop, and while the "hidden storage" for suitcases is clever, it feels a bit like playing a game of Tetris just to find your socks. The Final Score: 4/5 Stars If you're a business traveler who needs room to pace while you think, you might feel a bit like a sardine in a very stylish tin. But overall? I'd absolutely suit up for another stay here and I'd tell all my Hilton-loving pals to do the same. It’s got heart, and at the end of the day, that’s what wins championships.

There's some positives and negatives with this hotel. I'm used to staying at Hamptons so this was a little differe for my family. Overall I enjoyed staying here. I like the front lobby area. There were some very popular swinging chairs right in the front. Lots of sitting areas to hide away and relax. There was a pool table which was nice... $20 to get the pool sticks which was refunded upon returning them. Breakfast area was roomy and nice. I liked the automatic pancake maker, first time seeing one of those. Less of a spread of food though than Hamptons. I loved these little cheese omelets though, had cheese and bits of pepper in them..soooo good! The front clerk was nice and helpful. It seemed like they were short staffed in the evening. In the morning, I was shocked to have a wonderful woman named Constance come up to my wife later in the day and mentioned that she noticed my wife was looking for decaf coffee in the morning. She left a note for morning staff to make sure to put some out for my wife. I thought that was above and beyond and amazingly thoughtful. Rooms were definitely smaller than Hamptons. However, Nice big TV, beautiful bathroom, and decent beds. The beds were not worn but were super soft. I'm light weight and sank a bit into the bed. I think it was some sort of memory foam. All I know is I slept very well on that bed. For about the same price as Hampton, id probably choose Hampton, but this was different in a good way and a nice change. Overall enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Google maps and the general traffic pattern make it a small challenge to find on the first try. The sign and the turn are not the same street. Service was great, room was excellent, quick/easy continental breakfast. Good parking.

I stayed a week and have virtually nothing to complain about. Room was clean with maid service every other day. Breakfast was good, but it was not great. They do provide some good options to offer some variety if you are there multiple days. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels. Especially TRU. This one unfortunately was the dirtiest. Floors were not clean - beds were made so poorly, I wondered if they were slept in. Shower floor was also dirty. Front desk lady was super pleasant. I hope this helps make some improvements on the housekeeping. Also the 1st time on the first floor in years.

Omg I could come here a lot! Elevator did scare me though but once we entered our room omg it was amazing! The bathroom door was kinda dirty but besides the point the beds were made so nicely, bathroom cleaned! The staff were so nice and respectful. The breakfast literally filled my stomach up it was so good! The pool was so clean but I did see hair and bandages in there. Fitness room was so amazing I totally loved it a lot!

Arnelle was kind and helped me when the lobby printer was messed up she helped me get an important document printed. I appreciate her kindness! Rooms are always fresh and clean My only suggestion for hotel would to be double check the soap dispensers and make sure they still have soap in them. I went to shower and no soap in 2 bottles and a few squirts of body wash. Housekeeping eventually came to replace with full bottles and that was plenty for our 2 night stay.
